Dear customers please note Australia Post are currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, hygiene and social distancing requirements in their network.

Please check your Aus Post  tracking number for delivery progress and if you have any concerns or your order is not delivered please contact us.

Australia

Account orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched the same day with StarTrack (Australia).

There is a flat fee of $20 + GST for all orders. Free shipping is available for all orders over $1,000.

Delivery times will generally be 1-2 business days, but this may vary due to location.

New Zealand

All orders are to be placed directly through Annie Simm: anniesimmenterprises@xtra.co.nz

Once an order has been placed, Annie will contact you with delivery details.
